Scidan Consulting Group

When consequence
demands senior judgment

Seasoned principals in the room when liquidity, liability, and governance are on the line.

The Mandate
01
Stressed Capital

Liquidity pressure, covenant breach, or restructuring demands disciplined financial control and credible advisory leadership before the situation deteriorates further.

02
Regulatory Exposure

When oversight, legislative action, or liability frameworks shape enterprise outcomes, you need advisors who have testified before regulators and built policy from the inside.

03
Governance Stakes

Board-level accountability, leadership transition, and fiduciary exposure require the credibility and composure that only comes from having navigated these situations before.

Four practices. One standard.
